Councilmember J. Travis Keel

J. Travis Keel

My name is Travis Keel.  My wife, Lacey and I grew up in Delta Utah.  We have been married for 21 years and have six kids from ages 22 to 12, which includes two sets of twins.  While we lived in Delta I worked for the Millard County Sheriff’s Office, and from 2016 until 2018 I served on the Delta City Council.  My family moved to the Summit Ridge subdivision in Santaquin in 2018 when I took a job with the Payson Police Department.  I am currently a Detective with Payson Police Department and work in the Payson High School as a school resource officer.  My favorite part of the job is being able to teach a Law Enforcement class and support our kids at their sporting events.  My hobbies include whatever my kids are doing at the moment such as football, lacrosse and cheer or tumbling.  I am honored to represent the residents of Santaquin as a member of the city council.
