Chieftain Museum

Outside front view of the Santaquin Chieftan Museum

Our amazing Chieftain Museum welcomes all groups, families, and individuals to enjoy the many displays that are housed in the former elementary school. This historic structure was built in 1903 and served as a school for the community until the early 1980’s. The museum’s founders Donna Bott and Florence Lamb, with the support of the community, accomplished their goal to turn the building into a museum, which was dedicated in 1990.

Stop by the museum to pick up a FREE Historical Sites booklet. Take a historical walking tour around Santaquin and learn more about the cities history.
