RE: Ordinance Amending City Water System Regulations

The Santaquin City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider modifying Santaquin City Code Title 8 Chapter 4 and Chapter 8, Water and Sewer Service Connection Regulations, providing clarification of municipal authorities under Utah Code § 10-8-15, applications, and approval procedures. The hearing will be held on October 5, 2021, at approximately 7 p.m. The meeting will be held in person at the Court Room/Council Chambers (2nd Floor) 275 W. Main Street.
