Bryan Mecham - Declaration of Candidacy

Bryan Mecham has declared he will be running for city council during the Santaquin City 2023 Municipal Election.

My name is Bryan Mecham. I am a Santaquin native who has spent the past 20 years serving this community. I began my career in the Public Works Department before transitioning to Recreation, where I supervised the sports side of the department. For the past three years I have served as the supervisor over the parks department. Despite my busy schedule, I love spending as much time with my family as I can. I have been married to my sweetheart, Ashley, for 14 and a half years, and together we have a 10-year-old daughter Nikita. In my free time, I enjoy all things outdoors including hunting, fishing, hiking, golf, and softball. I am a candidate for city council, hoping to bring my unique perspective as both a city employee and a lifelong citizen of Santaquin to the table. I am currently pursuing my entrepreneurial dreams by working on a new business in custom water filtration.
