Code Enforcement

Code enforcement is charged with creating a clean community and providing for the health, safety, and welfare of its citizens by assuring compliance with applicable city and building codes. Code compliance is a joint undertaking by the police department, code enforcement officer, zoning administrator, and building officials.

Code violation complaints can also be submitted through our police department's online service. Go to https://mypolicedepartment.org and Select the Santaquin Police Department and then use the form “Submit a Tip” to report the problem.
