General Utility Fees:
The following fees apply to all Santaquin City utilities.

Past due accounts are assessed interest at a rate of 10% per month
County residents pay two (2) times the rate charged to Santaquin residents
Meter Re-read: $25.00
Requested shut-off: meter (for repairs, vacancies, etc.): $25.00 per shut off/turn on - requires 8 working hours notice. It is illegal for residents to shut off or turn on a water meter.
Request shut-off: main (for repairs, move, etc.): $75.00 - 1 hour time limit - requires 2 working days notice to city and 24 hours notice to residents.
Shut-off Notice, Tag fee: $25.00 (30 days past due or unkept payment plan)
Re-connect: $75.00 (accounts 33 days past due, or illegal reconnection disconnect)
Account set-up: $25.00
Inspection: $200.00
Meter grade ring: $50 per 2inches
Address service fee: .75 cents
Deposit: $150 *may be waived upon proof of ownership AND credit history with Santaquin City.
All costs related to damage, modifications, or relocations to the originally installed system requested or otherwise caused, will be the customer's responsibility.

General Utility Billing Information:
The following billing information applies to all Santaquin City utilities.

Utility bills are mailed at the end of each month.
Utility bills are due the 20th of the month.
Utility bills thirty (30) days past due will receive a notice by US Mail at the last know address or tag hung at residence notifying them that they have three (3) days to pay in full.
If after three (3) days payment is not made, utilities will be disconnected.
Legal owner of property rented shall be responsible for all utilities and fees.
