Senior Meals
When: Every Thursday at 12:30, September-May
Where: Santaquin City Senior Citizen Center
Cost: Our delicious meals here at the Center are provided to seniors 60 and over for a donation of $2.00. Those under 60 should pay $4.90 (the actual cost of the meal). We are subsidized for meals to those 60 and older by Mountainland Association of Governments.

Bingo
Bingo has benefits! Do you get a hard time from your friends about your Bingo addiction? Well now you can report that you are doing something healthy for yourself!
Bingo, a favorite game of many seniors, may help prevent the decline of congnitive abilities like speed and accuracy and pattern-recognition, British researchers report. In a study comparing the mental skills of old and young Bingo players with people who do not play the game, researchers found that all Bingo players; had "faster and more accurate" reactions than non-players.
So, exercise your brain and your hands and join us for Bingo on Senior's Bingo Day.
