The Chieftain Museum is housed in the old elementary school next to the Santaquin City Offices on the south-east corner of 100 West and 100 South.

For more information, or to arrange a special tour (groups of 10 or more), please contact Annette Bott at 754-3910 or Idonna Crook at 754-3958. To see a schedule of museum tour times during the Santaquin Days celebration, please see the "Chieftain Museum Tours" under the Santaquin Days page.

In the museum you will see delightful replicas of:
  • A frontier town main street
  • An early Utah school room
  • A school room as it may have looked when the museum was still the elementary school
  • A mining claim
  • An early Utah dining room
  • An early Utah bedroom
  • A blacksmith's shop
  • A frontier cabin
In addition, visit the Veteran's Memorial Room and pay your respects to Santaquin residents who served faithfully the call of their Country.
