General Utility Billing Information:
The following billing information applies to all Santaquin City utilities.
For specific billing information for each utility, please select the utility from the list above.
Utility bills are mailed at the end of each month.
Utility bills are due the 20th of the month.
Utility bills thirty (30) days past due will receive a notice by US Mail at the last know address or tag hung at residence notifying them that they have three (3) days to pay in full.
If after three (3) days payment is not made, utilities will be disconnected.
Legal owner of property rented shall be responsible for all utilities and fees.
Legal owner is responsible for base rates, regardless of usage or ocupancy.
